Many companies say thanks to the military by offering free admission and perks. Here’s a few offers I’ve seen recently:
SeaWorld Complimentary admission for active duty military representing all five service branches, active members of a reserve or National Guard unit, and/or up to three direct dependants. Valid for one complimentary single-day admission per person, per year, to one of the following SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment parks: SeaWorld Orlando, San Diego, or San Antonio, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or Williamsburg, Sesame Place, Adventure Island, Water Country USA valid till 12/31/2012.
Kings Islands
Kings Island to offer free admission to active and retired military personnel July 3-5
Thursday, June 28th, 2012
KINGS ISLAND, Ohio – Kings Island will offer a free regular admission ticket to the 364-acre amusement and waterpark to any active or retired military personnel July 3-5.
Along with free admission, active and retired members of the military will be able to purchase discount admission tickets for members of their immediate family (maximum of six) at a special military discount price of $29.99. A valid military ID or DD form 214 showing honorable or medical discharge must be presented at the Kings Island ticket window July 3-5 to receive this offer.
Many places will give active duty military personel a discount. So if you plan to visit an attraction or museum and you have a military id….. just ask!
