Maple Blueberry Coffee Cake
Todays recipe idea comes from friend Ellen. She takes pancake mix, syrup, blueberries and cinammon to make this really tasty looking coffee cake. Love when people can take something prepackaged (translated “easy”) to come out with a homemade treat!
