Hamburger Roll – Mom’s Style
Cream of Mushroom soup
Flour/milk/crisco for biscuit dough
Brown gravy mix
Brown your hamburger meat.
Add Cream of Mushroom soup to make the beef mixture creamy.
Make biscuit dough with flour/milk/crisco. Roll out your dough on a pan or counter top. Spoon the hamburger mixture on to your dough. Roll the dough into a fat log. (I usually end up making it a loose crescent shape on the cookie sheet.)
Cook till biscuit dough is browned on top and cooked completely.
Slice into pieces and drizzle brown gravy on each piece.
Best served hot and right out of the oven.
