Homemade Biscuits
Ingredients
1/4 cup Crisco
2 cups Self Rising Flour
Milk – enough to moisten
Directions
Mix all 3 ingredients together
Roll out
Cut cookies into round shapes
Bake at 425 long enough to have a brown color on top
***I hesitated to post this because surely most of you make delicious homemade biscuits. But just in case, some of you don’t know how, this is for you! When we got married 17 years ago, I could cook 3 things: homemade biscuits, chocolate chip cookies and banana nut bread. My new husband was impressed with those 3 things, but I was extremely thankful that he knew how to cook everything else!
