Ice box Cake

:
You can change up the pudding flavors if you like…

Ingredients:
1 box vanilla pudding
1 box chocolate pudding
1 box regular graham crackers
Whole milk
8 1/2 size pan

1 First, line the bottom of the pan with a layer of graham crackers. Be sure to fill crevices on the sides so the bottom consists completely of crackers with no spaces.

2 Second, follow directions on package of vanilla and chocolate pudding mixes and cook both in separate saucepans as directions indicate. It is best to use whole milk so pudding texture comes out thick.

3 Stir pudding mixtures in separate saucepans slowly and consistently as they are heating on the stove, until they come to a boil. Keep stirring. Pudding mixture should become thicker and thicker as pudding heats and you stir continuously.

4 Next, carefully pour a layer of vanilla pudding over the graham crackers you lined in the pan and spread out over crackers.

5 Place another layer of graham crackers over the vanilla layer you just poured in the pan.

6 Next, pour a layer of chocolate pudding over the second layer of graham crackers you just placed in the pan. Spread this out over the graham crackers.

7 Continue alternating so you have a layer of vanilla pudding, graham crackers, chocolate pudding, graham crackers, vanilla pudding, graham crackers, and so on.

8 Decide which layer of pudding you would like on top, vanilla or chocolate. This will be your preference.

9 When you put the final layer of pudding on top, take some pieces of graham crackers and crumble them between your fingers. Sprinkle these generously all over the top of the entire cake in the pan.
