Blueberry Smoothies
Several handfuls of blueberries
2 cups of milk
a ‘tad’ of sugar
half of a frozen banana
Blend till creamy
Add a swirl of whipped cream
Perfect Blueberry Bliss!
Of course, we also use whatever fruits we have on hand – strawberries, pineapple…..
Tip: If you have left over fruits that you don’t want to eat and they’re starting to get too ripe, just toss them in a freezer bag and store them in your freezer till you’re ready for a smoothie!
