Today’s Money Saving Idea:
After talking to a friend yesterday, I thought I should post this quick reminder. Coupons are great – if used wisely. A coupon is just a tool to help me save money. If I don’t need the item, I don’t buy it – even if it is a great coupon! I pass those coupons on to others. (The exception: if something is completely free, then I will pick it up so I can donate it to a friend or family!)
Let’s say you save $1.00 by using a coupon, but you still have to spend $3.25 to get the deal. This is not a deal, unless you already need the item.
