Do you have an extra bed in your house for company or overnight guests? We’ve talked for years about picking up an inflatable mattress that we can use for visiting family but have never done it. What we do have instead is a trundle under one of the kids beds. This works as a great extra bed.
But recently I was introduced to several other options. There are contemporary sofa beds or modern sofa bed that give a whole new meaning to design and style. But those may be a bit more on the pricey side than I’m willing to invest.
Contemporary furniture is definitely a popular trend for many people but not for me. I usually prefer a more traditional approach.
So if you come to visit me and need a place to stay, I’ll toss you a set of sheets and an extra blanket and point you toward the couch. Or if you are well-liked by my kids, you might just get to use the trundle and camp out with them. Not quite as stylish as the sofa beds, but alot more pefect for my real life.
