The main concept of the book is “Today is the best day to start changing your life.” The One Day Way just focuses on making good choices today. By focusing on today, you will end up forming habits that will last your lifetime.
The book is a great motivational read with personal stories of people who have overcome weight and food issues.
There is a whole section of exercises using just two pieces of equipment – a medicine ball and a resistance band.
Chantel is a personal fitness trainer and life coach who has lost over 200 pounds and kept it off to stay fit and healthy.

Sounds really good, I’ve tried everything and it always finds its way back… So even if I don’t win I’m gonna read this book and try it what have I got to loose… hopfully the extra pounds so I can become healthy again…
